We are seeking a Receptionist cum Front Office Executive to join our business operations. This role is vital in managing our front desk on a daily basis and offering administrative support across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize customer service, understanding and addressing the needs of clients and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Should be able to plan and organize meetings, and Prepare minutes of meetings.
• Handle conflicts or challenging situations diplomatically, seeking resolutions that uphold the organization's positive image.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Prepare correspondence on your boss's behalf, delegating work in your boss's absence.
• Should be able to organise travel and prepare travel itineraries, and take action points.
• Coordinating with the CA regarding the GST bills also generating the invoices and preparing the Quotations.

Qualifications:

• We would like to encourage any Graduate Freshers and Experienced is added advantage.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Proficient in using MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of communicating in E-Mails and drafting.
• Fluent in English, Hindi & Telugu.
