5-CHANNEL FLAME SENSOR

General Description:

The 5-Channel Flame Sensor Module is a 5-channel flame detector module used to detect flame in a larger area (>120 degrees). Each sensor is arranged at 30 degrees. This module outputs an analog signal, which would be more precise, and also a digital signal which would be easier to use, you can adjust the digital output sensitivity by the onboard potentiometer. The 5 LED indicators are helpful in your debugging, the high-precision resistors also make this sensor more precise than other flame sensors.

Working Principle:

Flame sensors detect infrared (IR) light emitted by flames. They filter out ambient light to focus on flame-specific wavelengths. Processed signals exceeding a threshold trigger output signal. These signals are used to activate safety measures or alarms in fire detection systems.

Specifications:

1. The range of a wavelength is 760nm-1100 nm.

2. The flame test using a lighter distance would be 80cm and the distance range would be farther.

3. Sensor having the Analog and Digital output pins.

FLAME SENSOR

General Description:

A flame sensor is a type of detector that is intended to recognize and respond to flames or fire. It is frequently utilized in flame alarms due to its extreme sensitivity to normal light. The sensor works well for detecting flames since it can pick up light at wavelengths between 760 and 1100 nm. But because it is readily harmed by high heat, it is usually placed some distance away from the flame. Flame sensors feature a 60-degree detection angle and can detect fires up to 100 cm away. They can deliver digital or analog signals. Flame alarms and robots that fight fires commonly employ these sensors. .

Working Principle:

A flame detector is a sensor designed to detect and respond to the presence of a flame. These detectors can identify flames and smoke that may indicate an open fire. The sensors in the flame detector detect the radiation emitted by the flame. The photoelectric sensor converts the radiant intensity signal of the flame into a voltage signal, which is then processed by a single-chip microcomputer. The microcomputer converts this signal into a desired output.

Specifications:

1. Photosensitivity is high

2. Response time is fast

3. Simple to use

4. Sensitivity is adjustable

5. Detection angle is 600,

6. It is responsive to the flame range.

7. Accuracy can be adjustable

8. The operating voltage of this sensor is 3.3V to 5V

9. Analog voltage o/p's and digital switch o/p's

10. Power indicator & digital switch o/p indicator

11. If the flame intensity is lighter within 0.8m then the flame test can be activated, if the flame intensity is high, then the detection of distance will be improved.

FIRE / FLAME DETECTING SENSOR RELAY MODULE

General Description:

It is a fire flame detection sensor relay Module. The flame sensor can detect the flame or the wavelength at 760 nm to 1100 nm range of the light source, the test flame lighter distance of 80cm, the larger the flame, the greater the distance test. The detection angle of 60 degrees, and the flame spectrum is particularly sensitive. Sensitivity is adjustable (shown in blue digital potentiometer adjustment). The comparator output directly triggers the relay. The output bluish Terminal Block for convenient connections.

Working Principle:

A fire flame-detecting sensor relay module operates by utilizing a flame sensor to detect infrared radiation emitted by flames. When flames are detected, the sensor triggers a relay, which can activate alarms, shut down equipment, or initiate other safety measures. These modules are essential components in fire detection and safety systems, providing early warning and helping to prevent potential hazards. Regular calibration and integration into larger safety systems ensure their effectiveness in various environments.
