4 DIGIT DISPLAY

General Description:

This is a 4-digit red/white/green numeric display having 8 adjustable luminance levels. It is usually a 12-pin module. The TM1637 chip is utilized to scale down the controlling pins. It takes only 2 digital pins of Arduino to control the content, even the luminance of this display.

Working Principle:

A 4-digit display, whether LED or LCD, utilizes segments to represent numbers. Controlled by a microcontroller, LED displays cycle through digits rapidly to create the illusion of simultaneous display, while LCDs update segments independently for each digit. The display driver interprets signals from the microcontroller to activate specific segments, enabling the display of desired numerical information.

Specifications:

1. 4-digit red/white/green alpha-numeric display.

2. Compatible power supply interface (3.3v/5v).

3. Having the 8 adjustable luminance levels to control.
