IoT Software Integration

BLDC MOTOR DRIVER PCB

We offer a compact, high-power driver package designed for brushless DC motors, featuring a driver input voltage of 60 VDC and a brake operation that can be controlled through I/O or serial communications. This package includes all the necessary active functions for implementing a full-featured open-loop, three- or four-phase motor control system. It also includes a rotor position decoder to ensure proper commutation sequencing and protective features such as undervoltage lockout and cycle-by-cycle current limiting. When used in conjunction with a microcontroller board, this driver package enables closed-loop motor control.

Analog Controller for Electro Hydraulic Actuator

Our Analog Servo Controller has been designed specifically as a position control servo amplifier for hydraulic actuation systems. It is capable of accepting both command and feedback signals in DC, and it effectively controls the current flow into the torque motor coils of two servo valves. The unit, which includes two servo amplifiers, has a weight of approximately 1.5 kg and operates on a 28 V DC power supply. With its precise and reliable performance, our Analog Servo Controller is an excellent choice for any hydraulic actuation system requiring accurate position control.

HIGH POWER BLDC MOTOR CONTROLLERS

At Atya Electronics, we offer a range of ready-to-use and optimized solutions for motor and motion control systems that are capable of operating under a wide range of voltage and current ratings. Our motor controller is a sensored BLDC motor controller featuring an isolated driver and power stage that receives input from Hall Effect sensors to accurately determine the rotor position. The controller also includes LVDT signal conditioning to capture the position data from LVDT sensors mounted on linear actuators. Other sensors are used to monitor critical variables such as motor phase current and velocity to ensure optimal motor operation.

We have also designed and developed a high-power controller with miniature hardware and reduced wiring for a 4.5 ton EMA, which is capable of handling high power requirements. Our 3-phase brushless DC (BLDC) motor controller is designed for use with N-channel external power MOSFETs and is suitable for a range of applications in the automotive and industrial sectors.
