Embedded Internship Opportunity

About the Role:


As an Embedded Systems Intern, you will work on both hardware and software technologies, performing development and testing tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with Embedded Software Developers and Hardware Engineers.
  • Perform end-to-end testing and raise bugs when necessary.
  • Collect and analyze data, presenting findings in detailed reports.
  • Design and test PCB boards, sensors, and other components.
  • Manage inventory, select components, and prepare Bills of Materials (BOM).


Qualifications:


  • Currently pursuing or completing a Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of basic electronic components (e.g., ADC, DAC, microcontrollers, microprocessors), digital Logic design, and their practical usage.
  • Understanding of IoT concepts and experience with IoT devices.
  • Knowledge of RF technologies such as LoRa and Zigbee (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, CAN, UART, and Ethernet.
  • Hands-on experience with electronics bench test equipment like oscilloscopes, RPS, and logic analyzers.
  • Experience with Arduino IDE or other integrated development environments (IDEs).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ or Java.
  • Familiarity with PCB design (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Ability to debug software and hardware issues.
  • Capability to conduct data analysis and present reports.
  • Thorough testing and troubleshooting of embedded solutions.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
